The Knowledge Base refers to a repository of documents that are relevant to a broad audience across your organization. This repository can be accessed and searched through a pre-configured Space such as the "Knowledge Search Assistant" which acts as a powerful search engine.

Where are the documents coming from?

Documents in the "Company" folder of the Knowledge Base originates from various sources, with Microsoft SharePoint and Intranet pages being the most prevalent.

What documents can I access?

Your admin manages the access to the documents you are allowed to view, download and use for general purpose in the chat. If you have questions about this topic, or would like to discuss access to specific documentation, please reach out to your admin.
