After selecting the appropriate Space for your task, you can enter your questions or prompts into the text field.
By clicking on "Suggestions", you can browse and choose from sample queries that the AI assistant in this Space is equipped to handle.
Pressing 'Enter' submits your query/prompt to the AI assistant, which then searches through documents to provide an answer, whether you select a suggested prompt or compose one yourself. The AI assistant links each response to the specific documents sourced by referencing those.
By clicking on the document reference, a side panel will open, showcasing the precise pages that informed the response.
Always verify the accuracy of each answer by consulting the referenced documents.
Useful supporting features
Copy the answers to your clipboard clicking on a "Copy" button which will appear in the bottom right corner when you hover over the answer.
Use the "Feedback" feature to comment on the accuracy of each response, providing either positive or negative feedback. Your administrators will have the ability to review this feedback and take appropriate action.
