Purpose of Meeting Types:
This is used to help structure your meeting, by guiding you to use specific words that should be mentioned at different stages of the call.
How to configure:
Open this link to the account setup
You can create new checklists via the + button
Example:
Meeting Type Name = The name displayed from selection list before bot enters the call
Checklist Item Name = The grouping of words to help structure the call
Target Participant = Which participants should say these words (internal/external/both)
Discussion Items = The specific words that should be recognised in the transcript
How to test:
Create a new meeting
Invite the bot, where you can select the Checklist:
During the call, mention the Discussion Items and see them highlighted
After the call has ended, the recording has been assigned and processed. Then you will see the mentioned words in the call insights at the bottom of the meeting page
