What permissions do we need?
We need individual user permission to read your calendar and emails.
We need administrator permission from a company administrator once for the automatic installation of the Unique Teams add-on for all users, so that not each user has to install it individually.
What data do we fetch and why?
In general we fetch meeting events from your calendar, and emails related to the meeting events in your calendar. We only fetch deal related data and only data of Unique users.
Meeting events
We need meeting events to show your meetings in your Agenda, to know when to invite the bot to join the meeting and for the bot to know which meeting to join.

Emails
We need emails to make a forecast how likely a deal is going to happen. For this we analyse emails related to your deals. For example if there is a good sentiment in the emails and next steps are defined, the deal is more likely to happen.
Emails that are not related to a deal are not stored and not analyzed.

When is the data deleted?
Data stored at unique is deleted within 30 days after contract termination. Logging data will be still available for up to 180 days after contract termination, or longer if legally required for audit purposes. Backups will be available for additional 2 weeks after data is deleted.
Are you also accessing email conversations if there is no recording?
Yes if it's related to an existing deal. Once a client email address is related to a deal, we check the email conversation of the Unique user with this client. We run analytics on the conversation in order to make a forecast about how likely the deal is going to happen.
Can data be stored outside of Switzerland?
For unique SaaS offering all data is hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud in Switzerland only, under Swiss jurisdiction.
For a possible private cloud deployment it is hosted in your private Microsoft Azure tenant at your chosen location.
Do you hold an ISO 27001 certification?
We are in the process of acquiring an ISO 27001 certification by Q1 of 2023.

Please note that we do not need to automatically transfer all passed, active deals from HubSpot during the sync. It is possible to choose to sync deals manually. This way you can sync only active deals (already created, not closed deals) and see how it works for you.
Important: All the future deals that the sales reps create in HubSpot will be transferred to Unique if the deal owners in HubSpot are also registered in UNIQUE.
